Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. We often have same-day turnovers and need every minute to make sure the home is perfect for the next guests.

Q: Can we check in early or check out late?

A: We’d love to say yes every time, but due to the size of the home and cleaning needs, early check-in or late check-out is only possible if we don’t have guests arriving or departing the same day. Feel free to check in with us the day-of and we’ll let you know if it’s doable!

🛏️ House Essentials

Q: Are linens and towels provided?

A: Yes! All beds are made with fresh linens. We provide bath towels and beach towels, too.

Q: Do you provide toiletries or supplies?

A: We provide a starter pack that includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. You’ll want to plan to grab extras for longer stays.

Q: Where can I find extra trash bags and toilet paper?

A: Extra items from the starter pack can be found under bathroom vanities and in the kitchen. Once used, we kindly ask guests to supply additional items they may need.

🍳 Kitchen & Cooking

Q: What kind of coffee maker is there?

A: We provide both a Nespresso machine and a standard drip coffee maker. Just bring your favorite pods, ground coffee, or creamer!

Q: Is the grill propane or charcoal?

A: It’s a natural gas grill, so no tanks to worry about and you’ll never run out mid-dinner!

🏖️ Beach & Local Area

Q: What’s the closest beach access?

A: The nearest beach access is Lake Causeway - it’s walkable and scenic. If you need more parking space (especially with gear), Fort Panic is a great backup just a couple minutes away.

Q: Where can we kayak or paddle board?

A: Oyster Lake is a hidden gem for that! It’s just around the corner and is a peaceful, scenic spot for kayaking or paddle boarding. You can also launch straight into the gulf!

🛻 Golf Cart Info

Q: Where’s the golf cart key and how do I use it?

A: You’ll find the golf cart key in a lockbox in the pantry. Only licensed drivers age 21+ who’ve signed our waiver may operate the cart. The code is provided after both of our waivers are completed and license and insurance provided.

Q: Can we drive it to the beach?

A: Yes! Just stick to legal Low Speed Vehicle (LSV roads), follow local rules, and only park in marked LSV areas. And please… don’t take the key into the water 🙏🏼

🛠️ Home Features & Troubleshooting

Q: The elevator isn’t working - help!

A: Double-check that all doors (including the inner gate) are fully shut on every floor. That’s usually the culprit!

Q: Is the house pet-friendly?

A: We love pets, but this home is not pet-friendly at this time. Thanks for understanding!

Q: Can we use the fire pit?

A: Absolutely! It’s propane-powered and easy to use. If both tanks happen to be empty, feel free to swap one at a nearby station and we’ll reimburse you!

Q: Can you see the beach from the home?

A: Yes - Due to it’s position, we do get gulf views from the 3rd floor deck, and even better views from the Crowe’s nest on top of the 3rd floor!
